Southeast Asia property portal Dot Property has released the winners of its inaugural ‘Best of the Best in Southeast Asia 2016’.
The full list of 22 regional winners can be found on our blog and also at Dot Property magazine’s online publication.
Alva Horgan, Managing Director International for Dot Property said that to be rewarded with the accolade of being the “Best” in Southeast Asia is something that cannot be underestimated – in terms of brand awareness, regional recognition and, ultimately, sales.
She added: “There is nothing in the market where a condominium in central Bangkok can sit alongside a beach front project in Vietnam within the same Awards.
“For the first time, Dot Property – as the region’s fastest-growing website in Southeast Asia – has showcased what it believes to be the some of the ‘Best’ that the region has to offer to its local, regional and global audience of property consumers.”
Each award recipient gets valuable exposure and marking at a time when overseas buyers are looking at all parts of Southeast Asia in ever increasing numbers.
That exposure is not limited to their own country – as many awards are – but regionally and globally through online editorials and the print edition of the regional Dot Property magazine which will get seen digitally around the world.
Horgan added: “Southeast Asia offers some of the best places to live anywhere in the world, and with ever-changing global economic conditions, property and real estate in the region offers a unique proposition for both buyers and investors.
This year’s Dot Property ‘Best of the Best’ Awards have been generously sponsored by Teka Thailand, Dexterton and GiO Homes.
